Mark has been on top of everything, from helping us define our project to ensuring we could close on time in the midst of the Covid-19 crisis.
He went above and beyond our expectations, responding quickly to our texts and emails, taking care of all the details, and even setting a lovely gift for us in our new house. His priority was our comfort and satisfaction, and he made the whole process smoother and pleasurable. For instance, he video-called us to tour houses we couldn’t visit because of the Shelter-In-Place orders, he met with contractors and architects on site before closing to rush up the remodeling we were planning.
We are extremely pleased and will definitely work again with him.
