Tahoe Vista, located between Kings Beach and Carnelian Bay, is known for its Old Tahoe charm. The lakeside neighborhood slopes upward, providing many of the homes with stunning lake views. You will find a mix of entry-level homes and luxury properties here.

Many homes are adjacent to the cross-country skiing trails, hiking, parcourse, tennis courts, and sports fields of the nearby park. Residents enjoy close proximity to the larger towns along the north and west shore, as well as Tahoe Vista’s own dining and shops. It’s a short drive to many of Tahoe’s world-class ski resorts.

This area is undergoing a development resurgence. Ongoing improvements also include the public beach access and boat launch.
