Old Greenwood

The Old Greenwood neighborhood just outside of Truckee is best known for its Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, one of the 10 Best Public courses in the country. Single-family homes, condos, and shared ownership condos, and luxury cabins are available along the course. Homes here look across the Martis Valley to Northstar’s slopes and tend to be found in the low million range. Old Greenwood has its own exit off of I-80, greatly limiting traffic. The east of Truckee location offers easy Reno and airport access.

The neighborhood includes an outdoor swimming pool, Tennis & Fitness Center, and membership access to Tahoe Mountain Club.
