Kings Beach is on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, next to the Nevada state line, and is known for the amount of sunshine it receives. It’s home to one of the best public beach areas in North Lake Tahoe, which often hosts entertainment and community events.

Real estate here is considered affordable compared to the rest of Tahoe. But luxury homes can be found in the gated lakefront Brockway Springs. There are many year-round residents as well as vacation homes found in Kings Beach.

It has an Old Tahoe charm while seeing its own evolution, including the reinvention of the downtown and public beach area.
