Glenshire / Devonshire is located just east of Truckee, on one of Tahoe’s banana belts (meaning it receives a lot of sun exposure). Home prices are varied, and entry-level prices can be found here.

This community has many of its own amenities, such as an elementary school, preschool, and fire station, as well as many local businesses catering to year-round residents. In addition to the proximity to Truckee, Reno is not a far drive from here.
