Alpine Meadows offers an authentic, old-school, ski neighborhood feel. It is located near the Alpine base of Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort and is a desired location for locals and second homes alike. Homes range from more affordable condos to large and modern architectural mountain properties.

Summer activities abound as well. Alpine Springs Community Park offers a swimming lake, tennis courts, and a grass field. It is member-only, accessed by a low annual fee.
