South Lake Tahoe’s Tahoe Paradise neighborhood is located near Meyers at Pioneer Trail and Hwy 50. It offers a peaceful setting in a secluded wooded environment. Some of the homes here back up to National Forest and State Conservancy land.

The area is popular with year-round and part-time residents alike. You will find older chalets and A-Frames as well as beautiful newer construction with mountain-lodge ambiance. Home prices start in the more moderate price range.

Though a bit out of the fray of the city, you will find everything you need just a short drive away. For skiing, Heavenly Mountain and Sierra At Tahoe are both all a 20-minute drive. Lake Tahoe’s beaches are within a 15-minute drive. There is also a nice grocery store and several restaurants just outside of this neighborhood.
