Stateline is the last California neighborhood before heading over to the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe on the South Shore. This particular neighborhood is known as the “Casino Core” and is home to nightlife, Heavenly Village, shopping, and popular tourist attractions. Every outdoor recreation you could possibly enjoy is just minutes away: Beaches, snow sports, hiking, and mountain biking. Just one minute past the Stateline is the world-famous Edgewood Golf Course featured every summer at the Celebrity Golf Classic.

This particular area is very diverse, offering lower-priced single-family residences, multi-family residences, historic cabins, luxury condos, new construction, and luxury multi-million dollar homes. This is one of the only “in-city” neighborhoods that still allows vacation home rentals.
