The Pioneer Village neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe is a small community located off Al Tahoe Blvd, in town but yet peaceful and quiet. This area of cabins and chalets backs to open meadows. Nearby is Bijou Community Park, the local’s favorite disc golf course, The Bijou Golf Course, and Lake Tahoe Community College.

Though homes are designed in a consistent style in this neighborhood, there are no Homeowners Association or HOA dues. A mix of year-round residents and vacation homes can be found here. This neighborhood is loved for its access to the parks, bike trails, and hiking trails and for being so conveniently located.
