Typically I search for real estate properties and don’t use a buyers agent. Eventually, I found an interesting house and met Mark Salmon the listing agent. Things we all want in an Real estate partner: Honest – Mark is a very open person and a straight shooter who will offer valuable expertise and candid expertise if you listen Responsiveness – Mark is awesome; and adaptable. I am old school regarding communication. Mark adapted his cutting edge client contact and management process to make sure we stayed in touch and up to date (He adapted to me) A great example of his commitment and responsiveness – I needed a hard copy of the closing documents in Tahoe and did not have easy access to a printer. Mark (after the close) took time out of moving his family to a new home to meet me and get me a copy. Amazing level of client commitment and service.
