What can I say, Mark is the best. He was referred to us by close family friends that he helped find a pocket listing for in Lake Tahoe 6 months earlier. My wife and I found the place we wanted and made an offer on it. Unfortunately, this unit had 9 other offers (2 of which were cash at the same offer price).
